Shipping

Where is it?

We let the professional package shippers handel the shipping and tracking for you. Here's how you can find out where your order is.

Tracking - National or outside of 30 mile local radius
We use USPS, The United States Postal Service, for internations orders we may use other methods -- whichever is best priced for you. These providers usually provide us with a tracking number or ID which we will extend to you via email. Once we've sent this email to you with the tracking number along with the carrier, you should be able to visit the carriers site to see exactly what's transpiring with your package.

We reserve the right to not offer tracking via our site to clients outside of our companies 30 mile radius, simply because we can not phsyically be present to ensure that an outside entity is undoubtly in the phase their trackers displays.

Shipping Locally
Local residents within a 30 mile radius of Downtown, Houston, Texas may recieve immediate delivery upon product availability at no additional shipping cost. Shipping may range from 1 hour to 3 days depending on product availability, and all products are not guaranteed to be available or delivered within any specific previously mentioned time frame.
Local residents may be notified when a package is in-transit and upon it's arrival.

Local residents will still recieve the required materials for returns and exchanges.

Returns & Exchanges

How do we do it?

We'd love for you to keep your item and be happy with it but we understand that sometimes the item is just not what you expected, the wrong size or any number of other things. Read below to see how you can get your return and exchange needs taken care of.

Return policy
Go wild as you try to style a new outfit with a new item you've just purchased from us! We just ask that you keep it clean while you decide whether you like the item or not. Try it on. Sleep in it. Live with it. Just be sure it appears to be in the original condition if you decide not to purchase the item.

We'd give you until the end of time to return items if we could. We just aren't there yet. What we can do is give you 30 days. Sound fair?
We'll still take your item if you decide you don't want it on day 30. If you're not sure if,  'because it will take 3 days to get there does it fall outside of 30 days if I send it on day 30? hmmm' We'll take it. As long as the item is clean, resellable, in the original packaging, and the tags are NOT removed it's smooth sailing to your refund.

We reserve the right to reject a refund if you return an item that's not resellable. We also reserve the right to charge you in the form of payment for shipping costs in the event that we have to reship to you a non-resellable item, or if you do not agree to these terms we will keep the item; this only sounds bad if you attempt to take advantage of us, otherwise returning is easy-peasy --
be sweet to us and we'll be sweeter to you.

Please note that payments and refunds are subject to neccessary processing fees in accordance to Square payment processing fee rates. Due to this refunds may or may not be less than the original payment; yet, we will still do our best to return the most relative amount paid for your product.

How to return
We'll try to provide you with a return label so that you can just slap it on the package the item arrived in and drop it in the mailbox and await for it to arrive back to us. It's really that simple. Once it arrives we'll notify you of the arrival and we'll begin going through our inspection to ensure that the item is refundable, if so, we'll issue a refund right away! The time a refund may take may vary depending on our payment solutions provider but the wait shouldn't be longer than 10 business days. We urge that you return the package with tracking so that you can be sure that the item gets delivered to us. We are not responsible for any items that were lost in the mail. If we lose your item then we'll make it up to you and refund you anyway because you did your part!

How will I get my refund?
It's your hard earned money and we'll do our best to not lock you in to store credit. We use Square to process payments, so refunds will go back in the form of original payment.

Is a reciept required?
Since we are a small business, yes, some form of proof of purchase is required. Minimally, you will need the transaction ID, which we will provide to you in an email upon completion of your order.
We'll usually email you a recipet so you won't need to worry about keeping up with it, unless you delete it. Also, if your product has a skew number that we've provided then even without a proof of purchase as long as you can verify certain information we will be able to issue a refund. We may still  be able to provide a refund in the event of a missing receipt.

Do you take everything back?
No, we will not take back any hygiene products that have been used or unpackaged. We will also not take back any undergarments that are not in their original package simply due to sanitary reasons. We won't take back any items that have been damaged through wear and tear prior to return such as: sweat stains, food stains, other fluids bodily or non-bodily, alterations, etc. Any item that is not in visibile resale condition is subject to being rejected for refund. This does not include the need to try an item to ensure a proper fit, please be sure to keep all tags attached. Once you remove the tags consider the item 'purchased.'  A refund outside of the 30 day window is at our sole-discretion to accept or decline on a case-by-case basis.

One thing for you to consider... if we sell you a consumable product deoderant, toothpaste, etc. and you find that it's completely dissatisfying to you, keep it. We'll refund you.

Do you take checks?
As an online vendor, we do not take checks.

How to Exchange
We will send you a slip that allows you write in what you'd like to exchange your item for. If the item is more expensive we will charge you the difference. If the item is cheaper we will refund you the difference. You'll simply include the slip inside of the packaging you mail to us with the original item and presto nesto! You've got an exchange in the works. We will further notify you upon the items arrival. As with a regualr return we suggest that you track your package to ensure that it arrives to us. We are otherwise not responsible for any items lost in the mail whil in-transit to us.

We will also do our best to accomodate you from an exchange to a return.
